On October 16, the Cooper Foundation team had the honor of attending the inspiring Bras for a Cause event, hosted by the Women’s Council of Realtors – Southern NJ Regional Chapter. This vibrant annual tradition not only raises awareness but also generates critical funds for breast cancer research and patient care at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper.

This year’s event was a night to remember! From the spirited bra auction to the exciting basket raffle, the community came together in an extraordinary show of support, raising an impressive $7,185 for the cause.

MD Anderseron at Cooper’s Dr. Danny Markabawi, Hematologist/Medical Oncologist, emphasized the importance of breast exams including mammograms and ultrasound.  

We are profoundly grateful to the Women’s Council of Realtors and every generous participant who made this year’s event such a success. Together, we’re advancing the mission of hope, healing, and progress for women battling breast cancer.
