Chocolatier Raises Money for Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper
French chocolate maker Michel Cluizel is famous for all kinds of decadent candies and pastries. One tradition he is hoping will gain popularity in the U.S. is the King Cake, which is traditionally served throughout the Lenten season. During the month of January, Michel’s Berlin, NJ store, Manufacture Cluizel, will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each King Cake at that location to benefit the Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper.
