It’s not just our physicians who are Red Hot at Cooper. This dynamic partnership, together since 1989, has a long history with Cooper University Hospital – and it shows.

Ms. Cressman has been employed at Cooper for more than 20 years, spending five years in Pediatrics and three years in Managed Care Contracting. Currently, as Director of Managed Care Education, she instructs staff and physicians about the fundamentals of documentation, including billing, coding, and compliance.

Mr. Weinroth officially joined the staff of Cooper as Chief Operating Officer for Cooper University Physicians in 2009. However, his affiliation with Cooper reaches back to 1975, when he was an attorney in private practice. He joined Cooper’s Board of Trustees in 1999 and stepped down in 2009 when he came on staff.

“I was raised in the City of Camden, and have lived my whole life in Camden County,” said Mr. Weinroth. “Cooper’s strong community roots have always held great meaning, and served as an example for all of us.”

The couple has been active above and beyond the boundaries of their jobs at Cooper for many years. Whether serving on a committee, organizing events, or attending Cooper functions, there’s no question that their commitment to Cooper is strong.
