Cooper University Health Care’s New Moorestown Campus Opens

Cooper University Health Care has opened the first phase of its newest and largest outpatient campus at the Moorestown Mall.

The Cooper Foundation team enjoyed a tour recently and this new location really is EXTRAORDINARY.

The 166,000-square-foot, three-story facility, converted from a former Sears department store that sat empty since 2020, has been transformed into a state-of-the-art outpatient campus.

The Cooper Moorestown Campus offers patients: m

  • More than 26 medical specialties
  • A range of diagnostic services
  • Nearly 100 exam rooms
  • Concierge services
  • Main Street Café and other patient amenities
  • Amazing art installations including Moorestown’s famous Nipper Dog
  • Easily accessible from Route 38 and from inside the Moorestown Mall

During the first phase opening, patients can schedule appointments for primary care and the following specialties: bariatric surgery, cardiopulmonary diagnostic services, endocrinology, gastroenterology, general surgery, infectious diseases, maternal-fetal medicine, nephrology, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopaedics/musculoskeletal services, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation, plastic surgery, podiatry, pulmonology, rheumatology, thoracic surgery, urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, and vascular surgery.

Specialists from MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper include breast surgeons, gynecologic oncologists, and hematologists and medical oncologists. Cardiologists with Cooper and Inspira Cardiac Care will also see patients at the Moorestown Campus. All these specialties will be supported by laboratory services, pre-admission testing, and other support services.

The remainder of the new facility is slated to open during the first quarter of 2024. Once complete, additional services will include physical therapy, radiology, infusion services, radiation therapy, an outpatient surgery center, and Cooper and Inspira Neurosciences.
