Mid Penn Bank Commits $1 Million
to Advance Breast Cancer Care

Mid Penn Bank has pledged $1 million to advance breast cancer care and research through the Pink Roses Teal Magnolias Fund at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper, in partnership with The Cooper Foundation.

The commitment includes a recent $50,000 contribution raised through the 2025 Mid Penn Bank Celebrity Golf Classic, presented during a special ceremony at Cooper’s Moorestown campus in loving memory of Jess Quandel. The gift will supporting breast  cancer programs and research, driving early detection, innovative treatments, research, and compassionate patient support—ensuring women across South Jersey can access exceptional cancer care close to home.

Look Back on an Extraordinary Year

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors, partners, and community, 2025 was a year of meaningful progress and lasting impact. Your support continues to strengthen our mission and make a real difference for those we serve.

The Cooper Cape Regional Auxiliary marked its Annual Luncheon with the presentation of a $100,000 gift to The Cooper Foundation, advancing its $1.5 million commitment to the Claire C. Brodesser Surgery Center Campaign. This generous support will help expand surgical services and enhance patient care at Cooper Cape, ensuring high-quality, advanced care remains close to home for patients and families throughout Cape May County and the surrounding shore communities.

Held December 10, the Season of Hope and Healing ceremony raised $4,500 to provide comfort and support for trauma patients and their families.

A meaningful holiday tradition supporting Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional. The Cooper community purchased ornaments to honor or remember someone special and helped bring comfort to local patients throughout the season.

Ron Jaworski Golf raised $9,500 for the Pink Roses & Teal Magnolias Fund, supporting care and research for women with cancer at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper.

This Thanksgiving, a record 2,500 holiday meals were delivered to Camden seniors and homebound residents—an increase from last year—continuing a beloved community tradition launched in 2020. Made possible through partnerships with local organizations and the generosity of Carole and Philip A. Norcross and George E. Norcross III, the effort helped ensure neighbors across Camden could enjoy a warm, festive meal and a sense of connection during the holiday season.

As we look ahead to 2026, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our donors, partners, volunteers, and team members for your generosity and support throughout the year. Because of you, we are entering the new year with momentum, purpose, and a shared commitment to making the extraordinary possible for patients and families across South Jersey.
