Employees Make an Impact at Cooper with The Annual Employee Giving Campaign

In 2024, Cooper employees came together to participate in the annual Employee Giving Campaign. Through their efforts, $86,000 was generously donated to support the 100+ funds at Cooper.

The annual Cooper Employee Giving Campaign invites all team members to reflect on how they can make a difference and contribute to Cooper’s life-saving work. Participation in this program allows employees to directly impact the quality of care provided and support various initiatives within the health system.

There are over 100 funds available for employees to choose from. Some assist their fellow employees, such as the Employee Catastrophic Fund, the Linda Brand Scholarship Fund, the Cooper Cares Fund, and the Nursing Continuing Education Fund. Others support patients at Cooper, like the Patient in Need Fund, the Critical Care Patient & Family Fund, and the Child Life Program. Additionally, there are funds that benefit the community, including Community Programs & Services, Population Health, and The Cooper Foundation.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2024 Cooper Employee Giving Campaign. Because of you, funding is directed towards programs and initiatives that might not exist otherwise. Your contributions not only help make a difference in the lives of those we serve but also inspire others to give back to the community we call home.
