Foundation Faces- Amanda Greenstein
This week, we’re excited to spotlight Amanda Greenstein, our Gift Processor Database Coordinator. Amanda plays a vital role in ensuring every gift to the Foundation is carefully recorded and gratefully acknowledged. Her attention to detail helps strengthen the relationships that make our mission possible.
Get to know Amanda as she shares what drew her to the Foundation and what she thinks makes the Foundation so special as she supports our mission to improve patient care, education, and community programs.
What drew you to the Foundation initially?
What drew me to the Foundation was that the money we raise goes to help people who are at times facing the worst time of their life, our work helps to make things a little brighter.
What is most rewarding about working at the Foundation for you?
The most rewarding part is seeing our work come to life in real time, to see the impact it has on patients and their families. For example, seeing photos of kids using the new and improved teen room and having a piece of normalcy while they are away from home.
Describe your perfect day off.
My perfect day off would be a day on the beach with my family, relaxing and playing some bocce ball.
What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Something that people would be surprised to learn about me is that I have never seen the Titanic movie.
If you had your own talk show, who would be your first guest?
My first guest would be Stevie Nicks because she is an absolute legend and I want to ask her what was going thru her mind during the 1997 performance of Silver Springs with Lindsey Buckingham.
