How Community Partner Fundraising Works
Community Partners independently plan and host fundraising activities that benefit programs and initiatives at Cooper.
Our team provides guidance and resources to help you succeed while ensuring alignment with Cooper’s mission and brand standards.
The Process
1 — Submit Your Idea
Complete the Community Partner Proposal Form so our team can review your fundraiser.
2 — Receive Approval
Approval is required before publicly promoting your fundraiser using the Cooper name or logo.
3 — Plan & Promote
Organize your event or campaign and promote it through your networks.
4 — Host Your Fundraiser
Bring people together around a cause that matters to you.
5 — Celebrate Your Impact
Submit proceeds and help us celebrate the difference you’ve made for patients and families.
Fundraising Ideas
No effort is too big or too small. Some of our Community Partners host large annual events, while others organize simple workplace or school fundraisers.
Popular ideas include:
- Golf tournaments
- Walks, runs, or fitness challenges
- Workplace dress-down days
- School fundraisers
- Bake sales or community events
- Shopping nights or percentage-of-sales promotions
- Auctions, raffles, or ticketed events

Support Pink Roses Teal Magnolias
You can also become a Community Partner supporting Pink Roses Teal Magnolias, Cooper’s signature initiative dedicated to fighting breast and gynecologic cancers.
Ways to Help:
- Host a shopping event and donate a portion of proceeds
- Organize a dress-down day at your workplace or school
- Host a restaurant “Dine for Dollars” night
- Create your own signature fundraiser for Pink & Teal
Funds raised stay local, supporting:
- Advanced cancer technology
- Complementary medicine
- Survivorship programs
- Patient support services
- The Patient in Need Fund, assisting patients with transportation, childcare, prescription costs, and other urgent needs
