With more than 8,000 employees, the Cooper Team is committed to giving back in extraordinary ways. Our generous employees support The Cooper Foundation’s many programs and services to enhance our work and improve the lives of our patients and their families.

Donations from our own employees are especially meaningful. We strive to set an example when we give in support of our organization’s many funds. Care to Share is an opportunity for all of us to support Cooper’s life-saving work and our South Jersey community.

Employee Giving Campaign

The Annual Cooper Employee Giving Campaign is an opportunity for all of us to support Cooper's life-saving work. Employee contributions provide funding for some of our most crucial and innovative programs, services, technologies and facilities.

You know firsthand how our programs help patients, families, staff and our community. In particular, you see where the gaps are. In fact, in years past, employees have funded initiatives that otherwise simply would not exist!

Our goal this year is for every employee to participate. Please Care to Share!

Operation Back to School

Join the Cooper community to provide students at KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy with the items they need for school.

Instead of shopping, we are asking you to give a monetary gift, in any amount, and The Cooper Foundation will order the backpacks and supplies and have them shipped directly to the school, with the supplies geared to the teachers' requests.

Last year, every student received a new backpack and school supplies through your generosity.
