Holiday of Hope Helps Families in Need

Holiday-of-Hope-Blog-Post

The Cooper Foundation extends its gratitude to Cooper’s generous employees who helped those in need in our community this holiday season by participating in Adopt-A-Family, the Cooper Coat Drive, the annual Snowflake Celebration and our Holiday Meal Program.

Thanks to your kindness and willingness to “Adopt-A-Family” in partnership with Volunteers of America, 92 neighborhood families will enjoy the holidays with new toys, clothing and a grocery gift card.

Winter will be a little warmer this year for the hundreds of young children who will receive winter coats, gloves, scarves and mittens, thanks to your donations throughout Cooper Health Care.

If you purchased a snowflake for the DiFlorio Healing Garden, a family with a loved one in the Trauma Center will have the support of the Trauma Family Support program.

And for those who supported the Annual Employee Appeal’s Community Programs initiative, your donation made a holiday meal possible for 150 neighborhood families and students at the Kipp Cooper Norcross Academy.

Thank you for everything you do all year long for our patients, and thank you for making the holiday season brighter for a family in need. Wishing you all a Happy and Healthy holiday season and a joyous New Year.
