Looking for a night on a town all while supporting a great cause? The Red Hot Heart Gala — the biggest event of the spring season — is Saturday, April 13, at Vie, in Philadelphia. Your generous donation will support the Cooper Heart Institute and the Cooper Aortic Center.

Red Hot Venue
The evening promises delicious food, fabulous cocktails (especially our signature Coopertini) and magnificent music in a venue that lives up to its name. Think modern twist with an old city charm. Vie features state of the art design, high tech visual elements and lavish food spreads — 30 different hors d’oeurves to be exact — and 15 food stations for dinner. However, don’t be mistaken by the formalities, leave the tuxes at home, gentlemen! Instead, bring your dancing shoes, so you can move to a mix of high energy and smooth music by Jellyroll.

Red Hot Prizes
During the Silent Auction portion of the evening, guests will be able to make automatic bids wirelessly from a BidPal handheld bidding device or via their iPhone or Android. You can bid right from the dance floor or while you mingle with friends throughout the evening.

Whether you are sports fanatic, history buff, beach bum or snow bunny, there’s a Silent Auction item for you. Among the contenders are gift certificates to local restaurants, museums and spa packages. Here’s a snapshot of our big ticket items to date:

• Two United Air first class tickets
• Four tickets with back stage passes to Cirque Du Soleil
• Two passes to Eagles Training Camp with Sal Paolantonio, National Correspondent of ESPN and Gala Visionary Chair
• One week escape to the Scottish Highlands for four to five guests

Super 50/50 Cash Raffle tickets are also available. Buy a $100 ticket, and get a shot at winning 50 percent of our total sales! Last year, we raised $24,100! The Cooper Radiology Group in Voorhees teamed up to buy tickets and won $12,050! You can pay with cash, check, credit card, or payroll deduction. (Include link)
