Spring is in full bloom! With more hours of sunlight and warmer temperatures, it’s the perfect time to tend to your garden and clean out your closets. Here, at The Cooper Foundation, we believe it’s also the perfect opportunity to support a great cause and lend a hand in our community. Since our annual fundraiser for Cooper’s littlest patients is right around the corner, this month’s issue focuses on the Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper.

Please join us at A Tribute to the Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper on Wednesday, June 12, and change a child’s life today! CRH is the only state-designated acute children’s hospital in South Jersey, and the only Level 1 trauma center in South Jersey treating critically injured children. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Children’s Regional Hospital, Cooper Learning Center, Child Life Program, Child Abuse Prevention and Pediatric HIV/Treatment Center.

If you love shoes as much as I do, you might have a few pairs to spare. Consider participating in our first-ever Shoe Drive to help those in need of affordable footwear in developing countries. Learn more inside this issue.

A special thanks to everyone who made the Cooper Red Hot Heart Gala a success. We raised $1.3 million for the Cooper Heart Institute and the Cooper Aortic Center!
