The Cooper Foundation’s Book Drive Raises 4,000 Books for Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper

CAMDEN, N.J. — As part of I Love to Read Month, The Cooper Foundation ran a book drive for patients at the Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper. The Cooper Foundation collected more than 4,000 new and gently used children’s books from Cooper staff and the local community, including Central Elementary School (Haddonfield), The Cherry Hill Public Library, The Cherry Hill Daughters of Penelope chapter, Delanco Public Library and the Barnes and Noble in Cherry Hill.

Susan Bass Levin, President and CEO of The Cooper Foundation recently visited Central Elementary School in Haddonfield, N.J., where the Student Council collected 1,087 books for The Cooper Foundation’s I Love to Read Month drive.
