Gordon, MD, Director of Hip and Knee Replacement at Cooper, was among the experts discussing the injuries seen in people in their 50s and 60s as a result of exercise and sports. “Weekend warriors keep us busy,” said Dr. Gordon. “They do it all in one weekend, and the muscles aren’t as strong when you get older. The muscles don’t bounce back.”
