The Cooper Foundation Appoints Lisa Morina as Senior Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer
(CAMDEN, NJ) The Cooper Foundation has promoted Lisa Morina to senior vice president and chief philanthropy officer of The Cooper Foundation. Morina joined The Cooper Foundation in 2023 in the role of vice president of advancement for corporate relations.
“In the past year, Lisa has built strong relationships with our supporters and has demonstrated outstanding leadership. We know that Lisa will excel in this new role as she leads our seasoned team of fundraising professionals as Cooper grows and expands as a leading academic health system in the region,” said Philip A. Norcross, Esq., chairman of The Cooper Foundation Board of Trustees.

Morina, a business executive with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, government, and community outreach, joined Cooper from the Jefferson Health executive team. Previously, Morina was director of economic and business development for the Gloucester County government, responsible for business growth, cultivating job creation and retention, tourism, block grants, and workforce development activities among other duties.
A graduate of Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ, Morina has a master’s degree in organization leadership from Cabrini College, Radnor Township, Pa. She is a board member of Acenda Integrated Health, a behavioral health and community-based social services agency, the First Harvest Credit Union, KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy, and the Southern NJ Development Council. She also served on the government relations and policy development committees at the New Jersey Hospital Association and the NJHA HealthPAC board.
